Classical Guitar Basic Left Hand Position / クラシックギター初心者向け左手の基本姿勢
https://shogokubo.com/ Guitar Performance Boost: Correct Left Hand Posture for Classical Guitar Beginners クラシックギター初心者のための左手の正しい姿勢法。 - 一弦、1フレットから4フレットまで押さえます。 - フレットの後ろの方、またはほぼ上側を押さえるように心がけます。 - 左親指はネックに対して直角に構え、常に手の中央に位置させます。 - アコースティックギターの場合、親指を使って6弦を押さえることがありますが、クラシックギターでは常に親指をネックの真下の中央に構えます。 - High、Middle、Low ポジション、どの位置でもこの形を維持します。 - 重要なのは、力が入ると指が曲がりがちです。指がフレットに対して平行になるように心がけましょう。 指が曲がっていると、演奏が制限されてしまいます。 低音を抑えたまま小指を伸ばすと高音に届かないことがあり、大きくフレットを移動する際にも遅れが生じる可能性があります。 毎日少しずつコツコツと練習していきましょう。 Learn the correct left hand posture for classical guitar beginners to enhance your guitar performance. Here are key points for optimal posture: - Press all strings from the 1st to the 4th fret. - Aim to press towards the back or upper part of the fret. - Position your left thumb at a right angle to the neck, always keeping it in the center of your hand. - In classical guitar, always place your thumb directly under the center of the neck, unlike acoustic guitar where the thumb may be used to press the 6th string. - Maintain this posture in High, Middle, and Low positions. - It's crucial to avoid bending the fingers when applying pressure. Keep the fingers parallel to the fretboard. Bent fingers can limit your playing ability. They may not reach high notes while holding low notes or cause delays when making large fret transitions.
